Purchasing green coffee

The first step is the process of purchasing coffee in origin.

In order to guarantee the good quality of the purchase it is important to have followed the crops for years, the rains, whether they have suffered any plague or any other incident and their further processing. Once verified that these processes have been ideal, we proceed to taste samples to choose the coffees that we will buy for the whole following year.

When we talk about special coffees, and in order to ensure we get the highest quality ones, we select micro lots of small farms that we consider they will give the best result in the cup.

For high consumption coffees, we can both buy large lots from cooperatives and smaller lots from farms of renowned solvency, particularly from Brazil.

This way we obtain constant regularity over the years.
