It’s a not very well-known and commercialized variety that comes from China. The tea goes through a process of half-fermentation in very particular conditions. It is digestive, depurative, antioxidant and anticarcinogen. It helps preventing cholesterol, cardiovascular problems, caries and oral problems. 

The leaves of a half-fermented tea originate a sweet mild refreshing persistent taste. It reminds of green tea or white tea but it’s far from the herbal taste of those teas; undoubtedly, a different tea.
