Origin coffees are what we call coffees that belong to a particular farm or coffee cooperatives from a certain region and that we roast alone. This allows us to make an assessment for each coffee separately, define the best qualities of each one and how we could mix them afterwards for a good combination (what we call design a coffee). When we mix several origins we call them blends.
They are aimed to specialized coffee shops or cafés that want to stand out from the normal market, giving a high range price.
